Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders on Isokorigari are delivered by the seller or by Isokorigari delivery partners. Each seller sets its own delivery options; delivery prices depend on the transport companies' rates, the region and the weight and size of the order.

1. Delivery areas

• Kigali City: Gasabo, Kicukiro and Nyarugenge, usually same day or next day for in-stock items.
• All other districts of Rwanda: usually 1 to 4 working days, depending on location and transport.
• Pick-up: where available, you can collect your order from the seller's shop or pick-up point.

2. Delivery fees

Delivery prices depend on the rates set by the transport companies, the region (Kigali or province), the weight and size of the order, and other factors such as distance and type of goods. You see or agree the price before delivery. There is no free delivery. Large or heavy items (appliances, furniture, building materials, wholesale cartons) may have special delivery charges.

3. Wholesale (B2B) deliveries

Bulk orders can be delivered by truck or picked up from the seller's warehouse. Delivery date, cost and offloading are agreed in the quotation (RFQ) or order confirmation.

4. Receiving your order

• Please make sure someone is available at the address and phone number provided.
• Check the package on delivery. Report visible damage or missing items immediately and within 48 hours in your account.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready or pay by MoMo/Airtel Money on delivery.

5. Delays

Delays can happen because of weather, public holidays, stock or transport issues. The seller or Isokorigari will inform you and you may cancel an order that is seriously delayed.

6. Failed delivery

If delivery fails because the buyer cannot be reached or refuses the order without a valid reason, the order may be cancelled and delivery costs may be charged.
