Seller Policy

Isokorigari welcomes manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, artisans and service providers to sell to businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C) across Rwanda. By opening a shop you agree to this policy and to the Terms & Conditions.

1. Seller registration

• Provide true business information: shop name, owner name, phone, address and, where applicable, TIN or business registration.
• Isokorigari may verify documents and approve, suspend or close shops that break the rules.

2. Listing rules

• List only genuine, legal products and services that you own or are authorised to sell.
• Choose the correct category (department, category and subcategory) and brand.
• Use your own photos or photos you have the right to use, and write accurate titles and descriptions.
• Show correct prices, stock, minimum order quantity for wholesale buyers, and warranty.
• Do not create duplicate listings of the same product.

3. Prohibited items

Illegal goods, counterfeit or fake brands, stolen items, weapons, drugs, prescription medicines without authorisation, alcohol or tobacco sold to minors, adult content, and any item banned by Rwandan law.

4. Order fulfilment

• Confirm orders quickly and ship within the time shown on your listing.
• Pack products safely and include invoices or EBM receipts when requested.
• Respond to buyer messages and Requests for Quote (RFQ) within 24 hours.
• Accept returns and cancellations according to the Return & Refund and Cancellation policies.

5. Commissions and payouts

Isokorigari charges a commission and any subscription or advertising fees shown in your seller account. Payouts are made to your registered bank or mobile money account after delivery and the return period.

6. Performance

Shops are rated on delivery speed, cancellations, returns and customer reviews. Repeated poor performance, fraud or fake reviews can lead to suspension.
