Welcome to Isokorigari, an online marketplace where buyers and sellers can discover, offer, purchase, and sell a wide range of products and services, including groceries, beauty and personal care products, household essentials, home and kitchen products, baby and kids' products, office and school supplies, electronics and appliances, fashion, books, sports and hobbies, services, properties, cars and land, digital products, classifieds, and other permitted goods and services.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Isokorigari website, marketplace, seller accounts, buyer accounts, products, services, transactions, payments, promotions, affiliate activities, and other features provided through the platform.

By registering an account, opening a seller shop, listing a product or service, placing an order, making a purchase, or otherwise using Isokorigari, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Isokorigari, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Seller Policies, Buyer Policies, Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Affiliate Program Terms, and any other applicable rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Isokorigari platform.

Where applicable, acceptance may be confirmed electronically through account registration, checkbox confirmation, order placement, seller registration, or another available acceptance mechanism.

2. Use of the Isokorigari Marketplace

Isokorigari is an online marketplace designed to facilitate buying, selling, product discovery, service transactions, digital commerce, advertising, and communication between marketplace participants.

Users must not use Isokorigari for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, listings, communications, advertisements, and transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, unauthorized financial activities, prohibited products, misleading advertisements, infringement of intellectual-property rights, harassment, malicious activities, and activities that may harm customers, sellers, Isokorigari, or the public.

3. User and Seller Account Responsibility

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their account.

Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information when registering their shops and listing products or services.

Users must promptly notify Isokorigari if they believe their account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or used fraudulently.

Isokorigari may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or other activities that may threaten the integrity or security of the marketplace.

4. Product and Service Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product and service listings are accurate, complete, lawful, and not misleading.

Listings should contain appropriate information, including where applicable:

• Product or service name
• Description
• Features and specifications
• Images
• Price
• Quantity or availability
• Variants
• Size, color, weight, dimensions, or model
• Delivery information
• Return or refund conditions
• Applicable taxes or charges
• Other information required by Isokorigari

Sellers must not intentionally provide false information or use misleading images, prices, descriptions, reviews, or promotional claims.

5. Master Products and Shop Inventory

Isokorigari may maintain a central Master Products catalog containing standardized product information for use across the marketplace.

A seller's Shop Inventory contains products that the seller has selected and configured for sale through their own shop.

Where an appropriate Master Product already exists, sellers should use the existing product rather than unnecessarily creating duplicate records.

Sellers remain responsible for their own selling price, stock, availability, product variants, delivery arrangements, and other seller-specific information.

6. Product Variants

Where a product is available in different sizes, colors, models, quantities, packaging, weights, capacities, or other variations, sellers must provide accurate variant information.

Each variant should be clearly identified where separate inventory, pricing, availability, or purchasing conditions apply.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that customers receive the exact variant ordered.

7. Marketplace Content and Seller Content

Sellers and users are responsible for all information, photographs, videos, descriptions, documents, trademarks, logos, and other content they upload to Isokorigari.

By submitting content to the marketplace, the user confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish that content.

Isokorigari may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, marketplace policies, or customer-safety requirements.

8. Customer Orders and Transactions

When a buyer places an order, the seller is responsible for processing the order in accordance with the marketplace procedures.

Sellers must make reasonable efforts to fulfill accepted orders accurately and within the applicable delivery or processing period.

A seller must not knowingly accept orders for products that are unavailable unless the seller clearly informs the buyer and follows the applicable cancellation or refund procedures.

Isokorigari may provide technology and transaction-support services but does not necessarily become the owner, manufacturer, supplier, or direct seller of every product or service listed by independent sellers.

9. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

• The legality and authenticity of their products and services.
• The accuracy of their listings.
• Product quality and conformity with their descriptions.
• Maintaining sufficient inventory where products are offered as available.
• Proper packaging where applicable.
• Timely order processing.
• Accurate shipping and delivery information.
• Complying with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
• Handling customer communication professionally.
• Honoring applicable warranties, returns, refunds, and guarantees.
• Paying applicable marketplace fees and charges.

10. Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of intellectual property that it lawfully owns.

Sellers must not upload or sell products, images, logos, designs, software, documents, videos, trademarks, or other materials belonging to another person or organization without the necessary authorization.

Isokorigari's name, logo, platform design, software, interface, marketplace structure, original content, graphics, and other proprietary materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms automatically transfers ownership of Isokorigari's intellectual property to users or sellers.

11. Third-Party Services

Isokorigari may integrate or use third-party services such as payment gateways, delivery providers, mapping services, communication services, analytics services, advertising services, hosting services, authentication services, or other external technologies.

Third-party services may have their own terms, fees, privacy policies, and operational requirements.

Where a third party charges a fee for a service requested or used by a seller or buyer, the applicable cost may be payable by the relevant user unless otherwise stated.

12. Payments and Marketplace Fees

Buyers and sellers agree to pay all applicable amounts displayed or communicated during the relevant transaction.

Depending on the marketplace configuration, applicable charges may include:

• Product or service price
• Marketplace commission
• Payment-processing charges
• Shipping or delivery charges
• Advertising charges
• Seller subscription or promotional charges
• Applicable taxes
• Other clearly identified marketplace charges

The applicable fees may vary according to the seller's plan, product or service category, transaction type, promotion, location, or other marketplace conditions.

Isokorigari may update its fees and pricing structures by providing appropriate notice through the platform.

13. Advertising and Promotions

Isokorigari may offer advertising opportunities including featured listings, sponsored products, banners, promotional placements, category promotions, search-based advertising, and other marketing options.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertising content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.

Isokorigari may reject, suspend, modify, or remove an advertisement that violates marketplace rules, applicable laws, or advertising standards.

14. Affiliate Program

Isokorigari may operate an affiliate program that allows approved affiliates to promote eligible marketplace products, services, or other offers.

Affiliate commissions, eligibility requirements, qualifying transactions, payment procedures, prohibited promotional methods, and other conditions are governed by the applicable Affiliate Program Terms.

Isokorigari reserves the right to reject applications, suspend affiliate accounts, reverse commissions from invalid transactions, or terminate participation where an affiliate violates the applicable terms.

15. Pricing and Product Information

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate prices and product information.

Prices may change at any time before an order is confirmed, subject to applicable laws and marketplace procedures.

Where an obvious pricing, technical, typographical, or listing error occurs, Isokorigari or the relevant seller may take reasonable steps to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel or adjust an affected order in accordance with applicable law.

16. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded according to Isokorigari's applicable cancellation, return, and refund policies and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Refund amounts and timing may depend on the reason for cancellation or return, payment method, product category, seller policy, delivery status, and applicable legal requirements.

Where a seller is responsible for a valid refund, the seller must cooperate with Isokorigari in processing the refund in accordance with marketplace procedures.

Isokorigari may take reasonable measures to protect buyers and sellers from fraudulent or abusive refund activity.

17. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the seller, product, buyer location, delivery provider, order size, and other applicable circumstances.

Sellers must provide accurate shipping information and prepare orders appropriately for delivery.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges may be paid by the buyer or handled according to the applicable transaction terms.

Isokorigari may facilitate delivery through third-party providers but cannot guarantee the performance of an independent delivery provider.

18. Penalties, Restrictions and Seller Performance

Isokorigari may establish seller-performance standards relating to order fulfillment, cancellation rates, customer complaints, product accuracy, delivery performance, counterfeit or prohibited products, and other marketplace-quality indicators.

Where a seller violates marketplace rules or repeatedly fails to meet applicable standards, Isokorigari may issue warnings, restrict listings, suspend products, withhold certain marketplace privileges, suspend the seller account, or terminate the seller's participation, subject to applicable law and marketplace procedures.

Any specific seller penalties or fees will be communicated through applicable Seller Policies or the seller dashboard.

19. User Delays and Required Information

Users and sellers must provide accurate information and respond reasonably to requests necessary to complete transactions, verify accounts, resolve disputes, process payments, or provide marketplace services.

Unreasonable delays in providing required information may result in delays to orders, services, account verification, refunds, or other marketplace processes.

Isokorigari may suspend or restrict a transaction or account where required information cannot be verified or where continued activity presents a reasonable risk to the marketplace.

20. Complaints and Escalation

Isokorigari aims to resolve customer and seller concerns fairly and efficiently.

Users should first contact Isokorigari through the available customer-support channels and provide relevant order numbers, transaction information, screenshots, documents, or other evidence where appropriate.

Where a matter cannot be resolved at the first level, Isokorigari may escalate it to the appropriate management or dispute-resolution level.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal rights available to consumers or other users.

21. Changes to Orders, Listings or Marketplace Requirements

Product listings, prices, inventory, marketplace features, policies, and requirements may change from time to time.

Sellers are responsible for reviewing their listings and maintaining current information.

Changes requested by a seller after an order has been placed may not always be possible and may require cancellation, modification, additional charges, or customer approval depending on the circumstances.

22. No Share in Seller's Business Profits

Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, Isokorigari does not claim ownership of or a share in the independent profits, assets, goodwill, or sale proceeds of a seller's business merely because the seller uses the Isokorigari marketplace.

Applicable marketplace commissions, advertising fees, subscriptions, transaction fees, or other agreed charges remain payable according to the applicable commercial terms.

23. Ownership of Isokorigari Platform

The Isokorigari platform, including its software, technology, database structure, interface, design, branding, logos, original text, graphics, systems, and other proprietary components, is owned by or licensed to Isokorigari and is protected by applicable laws.

Users receive only the rights necessary to use the marketplace according to these Terms & Conditions.

No user may copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, exploit, or commercially reuse Isokorigari's proprietary technology or content without written authorization.

24. Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Use

Users and sellers must not:

• Make unauthorized copies of Isokorigari's software, content, designs, databases, documents, or proprietary materials.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to marketplace systems.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected source code.
• Circumvent marketplace security or access controls.
• Scrape or systematically copy marketplace data without authorization.
• Use Isokorigari's intellectual property to create an unauthorized competing service.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights.
• Use another person's trademark, logo, image, or copyrighted material without authorization.

Isokorigari reserves the right to take appropriate legal and technical action against unauthorized use, subject to applicable law.

25. Suspension and Termination

Isokorigari may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account, shop, listing, transaction, or access to marketplace services where reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Illegal activity.
• Repeated customer complaints.
• Sale of prohibited or counterfeit products.
• Intellectual-property infringement.
• Payment abuse.
• Security risks.
• Misuse of the marketplace.
• Failure to satisfy applicable seller requirements.

Users may also close their accounts subject to completion of outstanding transactions, payments, refunds, disputes, or other obligations.

Termination does not automatically remove obligations that arose before termination.

26. Marketplace and Domain Use

Isokorigari may operate its marketplace through its official domain, subdomains, mobile applications, or other authorized digital channels.

A seller or user may not create a confusingly similar website, domain, account, page, or service using Isokorigari's name, logo, branding, or identity without authorization.

Any authorized use of Isokorigari branding must comply with the applicable brand or marketplace guidelines.

27. Account and Service Availability

Isokorigari aims to keep its marketplace available and operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security measures, technical problems, telecommunications failures, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Isokorigari may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue particular features or services where reasonably necessary.

28. No Recurring Obligation Unless Clearly Agreed

Unless a seller or user expressly subscribes to a paid plan, advertising package, membership, service, or other recurring offering, Isokorigari does not create a recurring payment obligation merely because an account has been registered.

Where recurring charges apply, the applicable amount, billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedure will be communicated before or during enrollment.

29. Limitation of Liability and General Provisions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isokorigari shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from a user's inability to access or use the marketplace, third-party services, seller conduct, buyer conduct, delivery-provider failures, or transactions between independent marketplace participants.

Isokorigari does not guarantee that every product, service, seller, buyer, advertisement, review, listing, or transaction will meet a user's expectations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by Isokorigari to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

Isokorigari may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published through the platform, and continued use of the marketplace after the effective date of the updated terms may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the Isokorigari Privacy Policy, Seller Policies, Buyer Policies, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Affiliate Program Terms, and other applicable marketplace policies.
