Seller Policy — Selling on Isokorigari

Isokorigari welcomes manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, farmers, cooperatives and service providers who want to sell to consumers (B2C) and to businesses (B2B) across Rwanda and the region.

1. Who can sell

• Registered businesses and individual traders who provide accurate identity and business information (e.g. TIN/RDB registration where applicable) and a valid payout account.
• Sellers must hold any licence or certification required for their products (e.g. food, cosmetics, medicines and agro-inputs).

2. Listing rules

• Use clear titles (English with the Kinyarwanda name in brackets where possible), real photos, correct categories, accurate prices, stock and specifications.
• Choose the correct order type: Add to Cart, Request for Quote (RFQ) or both, and set minimum order quantities and volume discounts for wholesale buyers.
• Prohibited: counterfeit, stolen, expired, illegal or unsafe products, and items that infringe intellectual-property rights.

3. Orders and service

• Confirm and ship orders within the time promised; keep stock levels up to date.
• Respond to buyer messages and RFQs promptly, ideally within 24 hours.
• Honour your published return, cancellation and warranty terms.

4. Fees and payouts

Commission rates, subscription packages and advertising fees are shown in the seller dashboard. Earnings are paid to your account after delivery confirmation and any return period, less the applicable fees.

5. Performance

Isokorigari monitors ratings, cancellations, late shipments and complaints. Repeated breaches may lead to warnings, suspension of listings or closure of the shop.
