Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the buyer

• You can request a cancellation from My Account > Orders within the cancellation period shown on the product (for many items 24 hours), and before the order has been shipped.
• Once an order is shipped or out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled; you may follow the Return & Refund Policy instead.
• Custom, made-to-order, perishable and RFQ/wholesale orders that the seller has already started preparing may not be cancellable, or may carry a cancellation charge agreed in the quotation.

2. Cancellation by the seller or Isokorigari

An order may be cancelled if the item is out of stock, the price or listing was clearly wrong, payment failed, the delivery address cannot be served, or the order looks fraudulent. You will be informed and any payment will be refunded.

3. Refund of cancelled orders

Paid orders that are cancelled are refunded to the original payment method or as wallet credit, normally within 3 to 10 working days.
