Payment Policy

1. Accepted payment methods

Depending on the seller and your location, Isokorigari may offer: mobile money (e.g. MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), bank cards, bank transfer for business orders, wallet balance and Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay at Store for eligible products. Available methods are shown at checkout.

2. Prices and currency

• Prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (Rwf) unless another currency is selected.
• Applicable taxes and delivery fees are shown before you confirm payment.
• Wholesale prices, volume discounts and RFQ quotations apply only to the quantities and validity period stated.

3. Business (B2B) payments

For large orders, sellers may request full or partial payment in advance, or agree other terms in their quotation. Always pay through Isokorigari's checkout or official channels, never to a personal account outside the platform, so that your order is protected.

4. Security

Card and mobile-money payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Isokorigari does not store your full card details. Never share your PIN or one-time password with anyone, including people claiming to be from Isokorigari.

5. Invoices

An invoice is available for each order from My Account > Orders.
