Isokorigari is a multivendor online marketplace. Each order is prepared by the seller who sold it. The seller confirms the order, packs it and ships it, using their shipping profile and the delivery network, including Isokorigari Delivery Staff partners. When you buy from several sellers in one cart, your items may arrive separately, because each seller ships from their own location.

• All provinces of Rwanda: Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Provinces.

Whether you are a family in Kicukiro, a school in Huye, a hotel in Rubavu or a shop in Nyagatare, you can buy online and receive your order.

How delivery cost is set

Delivery prices depend on the rates set by the transport companies, the region (Kigali or province), the weight and size of the order, and other factors. The price depends on:

• The seller, who sets their own shipping profile.
• Your location: delivery inside Kigali is different from delivery to a far province.
• The order: size, weight and quantity matter. A bag of cement or a box of tiles is not the same as a phone case.

Step by step: from order to your door

1. Add a clear address at checkout: receiver's name, phone number, district, sector, street and a landmark.
2. Check the shipping cost and total, then pay with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, or choose cash on delivery (COD) where available.
3. The seller confirms your order in their seller dashboard.
4. The seller packs and ships, then marks the order as shipped.
5. Delivery reaches you, and the order is marked as delivered.

Tracking your order

• Sign in and open your orders in your account to see the current status.
• Keep your phone on and answer calls from unknown numbers around delivery time; it may be the seller or delivery partner.
• If your order seems late, first check its status, then contact the seller or our support team with your order number.

Receiving your order

1. Make sure you, or the person named on the address, is available.
2. Check the package before you accept it. Look for damage, especially with fragile items like tiles, glass, electronics and appliances.
3. Check that the product, option (colour, size, pack size) and quantity match your order.
4. For COD orders, pay only after you check the items.

• For large or heavy orders (construction materials, machinery, food in bulk), use Request for Quote (RFQ) and ask the seller about delivery to your site.
• Give the exact site location and a contact person who will be there.

How to write an address that works

Many delivery delays start with an unclear address. In Rwanda, a good delivery address usually includes:

• The full name of the person who will receive the order.
• A phone number that will be on during delivery (add a second number if possible).
• Province or City of Kigali, district and sector.
• Cell or village, street name or number if there is one.
• A well-known landmark: a school, church, petrol station, market or health centre.
• Extra notes, for example "blue gate, second house after the shop".

Save several addresses in your account (home, office, shop), so you only choose one at checkout.
