1. What is Isokorigari.com?

A multivendor online marketplace in Rwanda. Many sellers (shops, wholesalers, importers, manufacturers, farmers and service companies) sell on one website, for both retail (B2C) and business (B2B) buyers.

2. How do I create an account?

Go to Register / Sign in, choose to register as a buyer and fill in your details.

3. Can my business buy and sell with the same account?

Yes. A business can be a buyer and a seller. To sell, register at /seller.

4. Can my company, school, hotel or NGO buy on Isokorigari?

Yes. Businesses, hotels, schools, offices, NGOs and government buyers are welcome. See the Buyer Guide & Wholesale.

Finding products and ordering

5. How do I find a product?

Use the search bar, the "All Categories" menu, or the categories page. You can also browse all products.

6. What do the Physical, Digital, Services and Classifieds menus mean?

Physical is for physical products, Digital for digital products, Services for home, business, events and catering services, and Classifieds for classified listings.

7. Why do product names have Kinyarwanda in brackets?

So everyone understands the product: the English name comes first, with the Kinyarwanda name in brackets.

8. How do I choose size, colour or pack size?

On the product page, pick the product options (for example colour, size, storage, volume, weight, pack size or tile size) before adding to cart.

9. Why is the same product sold by several sellers?

Isokorigari keeps one catalogue. When several sellers offer the same product, you see their offers on one page ("more sellers") and can compare price, delivery and seller badges.

10. What is a minimum order quantity?

The smallest quantity a seller accepts for that product. It is shown on the product page.

11. Can I buy in bulk at wholesale prices?

Yes. Many products have wholesale (bulk) prices. For large or business orders, use the Request for Quote (RFQ) button to ask sellers for a quote.

12. Are prices in Rwandan francs?

Yes, all prices are in Rwf.

13. What is not sold on Isokorigari?

Alcohol, medicines, food supplements and condoms are not sold.

Payment

14. How can I pay?

MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, and cash on delivery (COD) where available. Read the Payment Policy.

15. Is cash on delivery available everywhere?

COD is available where the seller and location allow it. Look for the COD badge and check at checkout.

16. Where do you deliver?

Across Kigali and to all provinces of Rwanda.

17. How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

It depends on the seller and your location. Details are in the Shipping & Delivery policy. Badges like Fast Ship and Same Day show sellers who deliver quickly.

Returns and cancellations

18. Can I return a product?

Yes, according to the Return & Refund policy and the return information on the product. Keep the product, packaging and proof of purchase.

Coupons and rewards

20. Are there discount coupons?

Yes, for example WELCOME10 (10% off your first order from Rwf 20,000, max Rwf 10,000), ISOKO2000 (Rwf 2,000 off from Rwf 30,000), ISOKO5000 (Rwf 5,000 off from Rwf 100,000), BULK5 (5% off B2B orders from Rwf 200,000), BLACKFRIDAY15 (27-30 Nov) and FESTIVE7 (15 Dec-5 Jan), plus seasonal codes. 21. How do reward points work?

Purchases earn about 1% back in points. For example, an order up to Rwf 100,000 earns 2,000 points, worth Rwf 1,000. 2 points = Rwf 1.

22. Are there other ways to earn points?

Yes: birthday points and referral sign-up points.

23. Can I earn money by recommending Isokorigari?

26. How can I shop safely?

Order and pay through the website, read the product details and policies, and never share your passwords or PIN codes with anyone.
