Getting started

1. What is Isokorigari?
Isokorigari.com is a Rwandan multivendor online marketplace for B2B and B2C trade. Many sellers open their own shops on one website, and buyers from all over Rwanda buy from them.

2. Who can sell on Isokorigari?
Shop owners, wholesalers, importers, distributors, manufacturers, farmers, agro-processors, service companies and artisans.

3. How do I register as a seller?
Go to /seller, create your account, fill in your business details and submit. The admin team then reviews your application.

4. What do I need to prepare?
Your contact details, business name and location, what you sell, any business documents the form asks for, and your payout details for later.

5. How long does approval take?
Every application is reviewed by the admin team. If you have been waiting, contact support on WhatsApp.

6. Can I be a buyer and a seller?
Yes. A business can buy and sell on Isokorigari.

7. What can I not sell?
Alcohol, medicines, food supplements and condoms are not sold on Isokorigari. Health & Medical is for devices and supplies only.

Your shop

8. What should I set up first?
Shop name, logo, banner, description, policies, shipping profile and payout details.

9. How are shops organised?
By the product categories they sell in. Choose the most specific subcategory for each product. See All Categories.

10. My category does not exist. What do I do?
Send a Category Request from your seller dashboard. The admin team reviews it.

11. My brand is missing.
Send a Brand Request. It is approved by the admin team.

Listing products

12. How do I add a product?
Always search the master catalogue (and the website) first. If the product exists, add it to your store. Create or request a new product only if it does not exist.

13. Why can't I create my own copy of a product that exists?
Duplicates confuse buyers, hurt search rankings (SEO) and reduce trust. One page per product, with "more sellers", is fair for everyone.

14. How do I know it is the same product?
Same name, brand, model and size, with the same product identifier. A different size or model is a different product.

15. What do I fill in when I add an existing product to my store?
Your price, stock, minimum order quantity, SKU, condition, shipping profile, warranty, return info and your own notes if allowed.

16. Where will my offer appear?
On your shop page and in the marketplace under the existing category, with the other "more sellers" offers.

17. Who checks new products?
The admin team reviews every new product before it goes live.

18. What photos should I use?
Real, sharp photos of the actual product. Never copy photos from other websites.

Prices and stock

19. Can I sell retail and wholesale from one shop?
Yes. Set a retail price, wholesale (bulk) prices and a minimum order quantity on your offer.

20. What is the minimum order quantity?
The smallest quantity a buyer can order from you. Use 1 for retail, or a carton or pack size for bulk-only offers.

21. Can I sell different colours or sizes?
Yes, through product options such as colour, size, storage, volume, weight, pack size and tile size, each with its own price and stock.

22. What is Request for Quote?
The RFQ button lets business buyers ask for prices on large quantities. Answer quotes quickly.

Orders and delivery

23. How do I know I have an order?
It appears in your seller dashboard and you receive a notification.

24. What do I do with a new order?
Confirm it, pack it, ship it, then mark it shipped and delivered.

25. Who delivers?
You, if your shipping profile says so, or Isokorigari delivery partners (Delivery Staff). Delivery covers Kigali and all provinces; time and cost depend on the seller and location. See the Shipping & Delivery policy.

26. How are cancellations and returns handled?
According to the Cancellation and Return & Refund policies. Answer requests fast and fairly.

Money

27. How do buyers pay?
MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, and cash on delivery (COD) where available. Prices are in Rwf.

28. How do I get paid?
Earnings from completed orders go to your seller wallet, minus the marketplace commission. Then you request a withdrawal (payout) from your dashboard.

29. How much is the commission?

Badges, plans and growth

30. What are seller badges?
Trust labels such as Verified, Top Seller, Wholesaler, Made in RW, Fast Ship, Quality, Official, Best Price, Same Day, COD, Warranty, Eco, Women-Led, Youth-Led, Our Choice and Artisan.

31. What are Individual Seller, Company / Shop, Supplier / Wholesaler and Manufacturer / Industry?
Monthly seller plans with growing benefits such as more listings, more visibility and support. Exact prices and limits are shown on the seller packages page when you register.

32. How can I get more buyers?
Complete your shop, add many products, keep prices and stock updated, offer wholesale prices, ship fast and collect good reviews. Affiliates and advertisers also bring buyers to the marketplace.

33. Can I also earn as an affiliate or advertiser?
