What are seller badges?

Seller badges are small labels shown with your shop and offers. Each badge tells buyers something good about you. Badges are managed by the Isokorigari team, so they mean something: buyers know they are not just words the seller wrote.

Product ribbons work in a similar way for individual products: Hot Deal, New, Bestseller, Sale, Flash Sale, Few Left, Made in RW, Combo Deal and others.

• The right buyers find you. A hotel looking for bulk supplies looks for Wholesaler; a buyer who wants local products looks for Made in RW.

How to earn and keep badges

1. Complete your shop with real business details, logo, banner, description and policies.
2. Sell honestly: correct photos, correct descriptions, real stock.
3. Ship fast and update order statuses.
4. Collect good reviews and ratings by serving buyers well.
5. Offer what the badge promises: wholesale prices for Wholesaler, warranty for Warranty, COD for COD.

Seller membership tiers: Individual Seller, Company / Shop, Supplier / Wholesaler and Manufacturer / Industry

Isokorigari offers four seller membership tiers. They are monthly seller plans with growing benefits. The higher the tier, the more your shop can do. Typical benefits grow with each level, such as:

Your tier is also shown as a badge (Individual Seller, Company / Shop, Supplier / Wholesaler or Manufacturer / Industry), so buyers see your level too.

Badges and tiers work together

A membership tier helps buyers see you; badges and ratings help them choose you. Imagine two sellers offering the same 50 kg cement bag on one product page with "more sellers". One shows Verified, Wholesaler and Fast Ship with good ratings; the other has an empty shop. Even at a similar price, most business buyers will choose the first.
