Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the buyer

• You can cancel an order free of charge from My Orders before the seller has shipped it, within the cancellation period shown on the product page.
• After the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; please use the Return & Refund Policy instead.
• Wholesale (B2B) and custom orders confirmed by quotation can only be cancelled according to the terms in the quotation, because the seller may have prepared or sourced the goods.

2. Cancellation by the seller or Isokorigari

An order may be cancelled if the item is out of stock, the price or description was clearly wrong, payment failed, the delivery address cannot be reached, or the order looks fraudulent. You will be notified and any payment will be refunded in full.

3. Refunds for cancelled orders

Paid orders that are cancelled are refunded to the original payment method or your Isokorigari wallet, normally within 7 working days.
