Payment Policy

1. Accepted payment methods

• MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) and Airtel Money.
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• Bank transfer (mainly for wholesale and business orders).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) where shown on the product page and at checkout.
• Isokorigari wallet balance and gift cards, where available.

2. Prices

Prices are in Rwandan Francs (Rwf) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are separate from product prices: they depend on the rates set by the transport companies, the region (Kigali or province), the weight and size of the order, and other factors, and are shown or agreed before delivery. Wholesale prices apply from the minimum order quantity shown (for example 12 pieces) or as agreed in a quotation.

3. Secure payments

Online payments are processed by licensed payment partners over encrypted connections. Isokorigari never asks for your MoMo PIN, card PIN or password by phone, SMS or email. Pay only through the official checkout or official Isokorigari payment numbers.

4. Business invoices

Business buyers can request an invoice or EBM receipt from the seller for their order.

5. Seller payouts

Payments for sold items are released to sellers after successful delivery and the end of the return period, minus the marketplace commission and fees agreed in the Seller Policy.
