On Isokorigari.com you can pay with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, or cash on delivery where available, and this guide explains each option, how to stay safe, and what to do if a payment fails.

Payment options at a glance

All prices on Isokorigari are in Rwandan francs (Rwf). The payment options you see at checkout can depend on the product, the seller and your location. Full details are in our Payment Policy.

How to pay with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money

1. Add your products to the cart and go to checkout.
2. Choose your delivery address and check the total, including shipping.
3. Select MTN MoMo or Airtel Money as your payment method.
4. Enter the mobile money number you want to pay from.
5. Confirm the payment request on your phone with your own PIN. Only you should type your PIN, on your own phone.
6. Wait for the confirmation on the website and the message on your phone.

Tip: make sure your mobile money balance covers the total amount before you start.

How to pay by card

1. At checkout, choose card payment.
2. Enter your card details on the secure payment page.
3. Complete any extra check your bank asks for.
4. Wait for the order confirmation.

How cash on delivery (COD) works

Where available, you can choose cash on delivery and pay when your order arrives. Many sellers show a COD badge so you can spot them quickly.

• COD may not be available for every product, seller or location. Check at checkout.
• Have the right amount ready when the delivery arrives.
• Check your items before you pay.

Save money when you pay

• Reward points: 2 points = Rwf 1. Purchases earn about 1% back, for example an order up to Rwf 100,000 earns 2,000 points (Rwf 1,000). You can use points at checkout.
• Coupons: codes like WELCOME10, ISOKO2000, ISOKO5000 or BULK5 for B2B orders. Enter the code in your cart. Conditions apply and may change.
• Wholesale prices: buy more units to get a better price per unit.

• Never share your MoMo or Airtel Money PIN, card PIN, password or one-time codes with anyone, including people who say they work for Isokorigari or for a seller.
• Be careful if someone asks you to send money to a personal number outside the website.

Receipts and order confirmation

After a successful payment:

• Your order appears in your account with its order number and details.
• You also receive the confirmation message from your mobile money provider or bank.
• Keep these records. You will need them if you ask for a return, refund or cancellation.

What if my payment fails?

Payments can fail for simple reasons: low balance, a wrong number, a timeout, or a network problem. Here is what to do:

1. Do not pay twice straight away. First check your mobile money or bank messages to see if money left your account.
2. Open your account on Isokorigari and check the order status.
3. If no money left your account, try again or choose another payment method.
4. If money left your account but the order is not confirmed, contact us with your order number, the phone number or card used, the amount and the time of payment.
5. We will check with the payment provider and help you. Refunds follow our Return & Refund policy and Payment Policy.

Which payment method should I choose?

• Need it fast and simple? MTN MoMo or Airtel Money work from your phone in a few taps.
• Prefer your bank card? Card payment is available at checkout.
• Want to see the item first? Choose cash on delivery (COD) where it is offered, and look for sellers with the COD badge.
• Buying for a business? Agree on details with the seller through Request for Quote (RFQ), then pay through checkout and keep the confirmation for your records.
