1. Search the catalogue and the website first. Match name, brand, model, size and product identifier.
2. If it exists, do not create it again. Open it and add it to your store with your own selling details: price, stock, minimum order quantity, condition, SKU, delivery/shipping profile, warranty, return information, and your own description notes if allowed.
3. Your offer shows on your shop page and in the marketplace under the existing category, in the "more sellers" offers, never as a duplicate.
4. If it does not exist (for example your own handmade gift or a service package), create or request a new product. The admin team reviews it.
5. Send a Category Request or Brand Request when needed.

Retail and wholesale

Products have minimum order quantities, and many have wholesale (bulk) prices. A fan buys one jersey; a school buys thirty kits; a company orders two hundred corporate gifts for its clients. Set retail and wholesale prices. Companies and organisers can use the "Request for Quote" (RFQ) button for bulk or custom orders.
