Isokorigari is a multivendor online marketplace in Rwanda where energy suppliers, importers, distributors and installers can show their full range in one shop and sell online in Rwanda to individual buyers (B2C) and to businesses, NGOs and institutions (B2B).

The departments that fit your products

Shops are organised by the categories they sell in. Use the "All Categories" menu to place every product correctly:

• Renewable Energy: solar panels, solar home systems, inverters, charge controllers, solar batteries, solar pumps, solar water heating, biogas systems and clean cooking solutions.
• Construction & Real Estate (incl. Solar & Power): solar and power products used in building projects.
• Lights & Lighting: solar lamps, LED bulbs, street lights, flood lights and decorative lighting.
• Electrical Equipment & Supplies: cables, switches, sockets, breakers, distribution boards and installation materials.
• Electronic Components: parts for repairers and installers.
• Home Appliances: energy-saving cookers and appliances for the home.

What buyers look for

• Clear specifications: wattage, voltage, battery capacity, tank size for water heaters, number of lights, what the system can power.
• Product options such as size, volume or pack size, so one page covers several versions.
• Warranty: very important for solar and electrical products. Show it in your selling details; the Warranty badge helps.
• Trust signals: Verified, Official, Quality, Eco and Top Seller badges, plus product reviews and ratings.
• Installation information: say clearly what is included. Installers can also list their work in the Services menu.
• Prices in Rwf, with wholesale prices for resellers and projects.
• Payment by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, and cash on delivery where available.

How to list: catalogue first, no duplicates

Isokorigari keeps one master catalogue. The same solar panel model or LED bulb is often sold by several suppliers, so always:

1. Search the catalogue and the website first: same name, brand, model, size or wattage, same product identifier.
2. If it exists, do not create a new product. Open it and add it to your store with your own selling details: price, stock, minimum order quantity, condition, SKU, delivery/shipping profile, warranty, return information, and your own description notes if allowed.
3. Your offer appears on your shop page and in the marketplace under the existing category, in the "more sellers" offers, never as a duplicate.
4. If it does not exist, create or request a new product. The admin team reviews it.
5. Use a Category Request or Brand Request when needed.

Retail and wholesale

Products have minimum order quantities, and many have wholesale (bulk) prices. A family buys one solar lamp; a reseller in a district town buys a carton; an NGO or a school project needs dozens of systems. Set retail and wholesale prices to serve all of them. Institutions and project buyers can use the "Request for Quote" (RFQ) button to ask for bulk quotes, and large B2B orders may qualify for coupons like BULK5 (conditions apply and may change). The Wholesaler badge shows you supply in volume.

Your seller journey

1. Register at /seller and fill in your business details.
2. Wait for admin approval.
3. Set up your shop: name, logo, banner, description, policies, shipping profile, payment/payout details.
4. Add products, catalogue first.
5. Receive orders in your seller dashboard; confirm, pack, ship and mark shipped or delivered.
6. Earnings go to your seller wallet, minus the marketplace commission set in the Seller Policy (see your seller dashboard). Request your payout.

Tips for energy sellers

• Explain in simple words what a system can run (lights, TV, phone charging, fridge, pump).
• Offer kits and bundles; ribbons like Combo Deal make them stand out.
• Use "frequently bought together" thinking: panel, battery, controller and cables.
