Physical, Digital, Services and Classifieds: The Isokorigari Menus Explained

At the top of every Isokorigari.com page you will find four menus, Physical, Digital, Services and Classifieds, and this guide explains what each one is for and what you can buy or sell there.

Why four menus?

Isokorigari wants to be the first and biggest online marketplace in Rwanda for every product and service category, B2B and B2C. Not everything people trade is a box delivered to your door. Some things are files, some are work done by a person or company, and some are listings where buyer and seller agree directly. The four header menus help you go straight to the right type of offer. Next to them you also find Contact Us, the Request for Quote (RFQ) button and the All Categories menu.

1. Physical: goods that are delivered

The Physical menu is the heart of the marketplace: real products that a seller packs and ships to you in Kigali or any province. Delivery prices depend on the rates set by the transport companies, the region (Kigali or province), the weight and size of the order, and other factors (see Shipping & Delivery).

What you can buy here (examples of departments):

• Agriculture, Food & Beverage: seeds, fertilizers, animal feed, farm machinery, livestock and poultry equipment, food and grocery such as rice, flour and staples and fresh fruits and vegetables, plus ready meals and fast food.
• Construction & Real Estate: tiles, cement and concrete, roofing, paint, solar and power, doors and windows, plumbing, prefab houses.
• Consumer Electronics, phones, electronics and appliances, Lights & Lighting.
• Furniture, Home & Garden, Personal Care & Home Care, Beauty.
• Apparel & Accessories, Shoes & Accessories, Sportswear & Outdoor Apparel, Jewelry, Eyewear & Watches, Luggage, Bags & Cases.
• Parents, Kids & Toys, School & Office Supplies, Books, Gifts & Crafts.
• Industrial Machinery, Tools & Hardware, Electrical Equipment & Supplies, Renewable Energy, Raw Materials, Packaging & Printing, Safety & Security.
• Vehicle Parts & Accessories, Automotive Supplies & Tools.
• Health & Medical (devices and supplies only).

Who sells here: shop owners, manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, distributors, farmers and agro-processors. Products have minimum order quantities, and many have wholesale prices.

2. Digital: products you get without shipping

The Digital menu is for digital products, things you receive as a file, code or online access instead of a parcel. Because nothing needs to be shipped, there is no delivery address to worry about.

Who it is for: buyers who want digital goods, and creators or companies who want to sell digital products online in Rwanda. Check the product page for exactly what you receive and how.

3. Services: work done for you

The Services menu connects you with companies and professionals who do a job for you. The Services department covers:

• Home services: help for your house and family.
• Business services: support for companies, shops and offices.
• Events & Catering: services for weddings, meetings, parties and other events.

There are also Fabrication Services for businesses and industry. For larger jobs, use Request for Quote (RFQ) to describe what you need and get offers.

Who sells here: service companies and professionals. If you offer a service, register at Become a Seller and list it in the right category.

4. Classifieds: listings and adverts

The Classifieds menu works like a notice board for listings. It is useful for items and offers that buyers usually want to discuss before buying, for example vehicles, property-related offers, equipment or other one-off items.

• Read the listing carefully and ask questions before you decide.
• Prefer sellers with badges like Verified and good reviews.
• Follow our safety advice: never share your PIN or password, and be careful with requests to pay outside the website.

Which menu should I use?

Selling in each menu

Whatever you sell, the seller journey is the same: register at /seller, fill in your business details, get admin approval, set up your shop, then add your products or services. Remember the golden rule: Isokorigari keeps one master catalogue. Search first. If the product already exists, add it to your store with your own price, stock, minimum order, condition, SKU, shipping profile, warranty and return info. Ni ibicuruzwa nyabyo umucuruzi apakira akabikugezaho i Kigali cyangwa mu ntara. Urugero: ibiribwa (umuceri, ifu, imbuto n'imboga, ibiryo biteguye), ibikoresho by'ubuhinzi, ibikoresho by'ubwubatsi (amakaro, sima, amabati, irangi), telefoni, ibikoresho by'ikoranabuhanga n'ibyo mu rugo, intebe n'ameza, imyenda, inkweto, ibikinisho, ibikoresho by'ishuri n'ibiro, imashini n'ibikoresho by'imodoka. Igihe n'ikiguzi cyo kubikugezaho biterwa n'umucuruzi n'aho uri.

2. Digital: ibicuruzwa bitoherezwa

Ni ibicuruzwa by'ikoranabuhanga ubona nka dosiye (file), kode cyangwa uburenganzira bwo kubikoresha kuri interineti, nta paki yoherezwa. Soma urupapuro rw'igicuruzwa umenye neza ibyo uzabona n'uko uzabibona.

3. Services: serivisi

Hano ubona ibigo n'abanyamwuga bagukorera akazi: serivisi zo mu rugo, serivisi z'ubucuruzi, ibirori no gutegura amafunguro (Events & Catering), na Fabrication Services. Ku mirimo minini, koresha Request for Quote (RFQ). Utanga serivisi? Iyandikishe kuri Become a Seller.

4. Classifieds: amatangazo

Ni nk'ikibaho cy'amatangazo, cyiza ku bintu umuguzi akunda kubanza kuganiraho mbere yo kugura, nk'ibinyabiziga, ibijyanye n'imitungo itimukanwa cyangwa imashini. Soma itangazo neza, ubaze ibibazo, uhitemo abacuruzi bafite ikirango cya Verified, kandi ntuzigere utanga PIN cyangwa ijambobanga.
