How to list your products: catalogue first, no duplicates

1. Search the catalogue (and the website) for your product by name, brand and size.
2. If it already exists (same name, brand, model, size and product identifier), do NOT create a new product. Open the existing product and add it to your store with your own selling details: price, stock, minimum order quantity, condition, SKU, shipping profile, warranty, return information and your notes if allowed. Your offer appears on your shop page and under "more sellers".
3. If it does not exist, create or request a new product. The admin team reviews it.
4. Missing brand? Send a Brand Request so your factory brand appears correctly.
5. Use product options for sizes, colours, volume, weight or pack size instead of creating many separate products.

Product names on Isokorigari are written in English with Kinyarwanda in brackets, for example "Liquid Soap (Isabune y'Amazi)". Do the same so every buyer understands.

5. Receive orders in your seller dashboard; confirm, pack, ship and mark them shipped and delivered.
6. Earnings go to your seller wallet, minus the marketplace commission in the Seller Policy (see your dashboard). Then request a payout.
