Registering as a seller on Isokorigari.com takes a few simple steps: prepare your business information, fill in the form at /seller, wait for admin approval, then set up your shop and start selling.

Isokorigari is a multivendor online marketplace in Rwanda for B2B and B2C trade. Thousands of products are sold by many different sellers, each with their own shop. If you want to sell online in Rwanda, the first step is to create your seller account. This guide explains exactly how to do it, what to prepare and what happens after you submit.

Who can register as a seller?

Isokorigari welcomes many kinds of sellers:

• Shop owners and retailers in Kigali and in the provinces
• Wholesalers, importers and distributors
• Industries and manufacturers
• Farmers and agro-processors
• Service companies (home services, business services, events and catering)
• Artisans and small producers

A business can be both a buyer and a seller. If you already buy on Isokorigari, you can also open a shop.

Before you start: what to prepare

Having your information ready makes registration quick. Prepare:

• Your contact details: full name, a phone number you use every day (ideally on WhatsApp) and an email address you can check.
• Your business details: business or shop name, location (district and sector), and a short description of what you sell.
• Your main categories: which departments you will sell in, for example Construction & Real Estate, Consumer Electronics, or Agriculture, Food & Beverage.
• Any business documents the form asks for. The registration form shows exactly which fields are required; if your business is registered, have your registration details ready.

5. Submit your application. Check everything once more and send the form.
6. Verify your email if asked. Open the message sent to your email and follow the link.

Admin approval: what happens next

Every seller application is reviewed by the Isokorigari admin team. This protects buyers and honest sellers. The team checks that your details are complete and that what you plan to sell fits the marketplace rules.

4. Create or request new products only when they do not exist. New products are reviewed by the admin.
5. Start receiving orders in your seller dashboard.
