How to shop for groceries online, step by step

1. Register or sign in at /guest-user/login-form. It only takes a few minutes.
2. Browse or search. Use the "All Categories" menu, the search bar, or go straight to the grocery categories.
3. Read the product page. Product names are in English with Kinyarwanda in brackets, for example "Rice (Umuceri)". Check the weight, volume or pack size, the price in Rwf and the minimum order.
4. Compare sellers. The same product may have offers from more sellers. Look at the price, badges (Verified, Fast Ship, Same Day, COD, Best Price, Made in RW) and reviews.
5. Choose options such as weight (1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg) or pack size.
6. Add to cart. Look at "frequently bought together" and related products so you do not forget anything.
7. Apply a coupon if you have one, then pay with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, or cash on delivery where available.
8. Receive your order and leave a review to help other families.

Save money on groceries

• First order: WELCOME10 gives 10% off a first order from Rwf 20,000 (maximum Rwf 10,000).
• Bigger baskets: ISOKO2000 gives Rwf 2,000 off from Rwf 30,000, and ISOKO5000 gives Rwf 5,000 off from Rwf 100,000.
• Seasonal codes: for example BLACKFRIDAY15 (27-30 November) and FESTIVE7 (15 December to 5 January).
• Reward points: you earn about 1% back on purchases (2 points = Rwf 1). Birthday points and referral sign-up points also exist.
• Buy in bulk: staples like rice, flour and oil often have wholesale prices for bigger packs.

Coupon conditions apply and may change; check them at checkout.

Tips for fresh produce

• Check the weight or quantity: per kilo, per bunch, per piece or per tray.
• Look for real photos and good ratings.
• Buy fresh items for a few days and staples for the month.
• Choose sellers with badges like Same Day or Fast Ship when you need things quickly.

Plan your weekly basket

A simple plan saves time and money. Make a list for the week before you open the site: fresh vegetables and fruit for three or four days, bread and milk, and household items you are running low on. Once a month, buy the heavy staples in bigger packs: a 25 kg bag of rice, maize flour, beans, sugar and a 5 litre bottle of cooking oil. Bigger packs often have a better price per kilo, your basket reaches the coupon thresholds faster, and you earn more reward points. If a family member has a birthday, check your birthday points too.

Delivery in Kigali and the provinces

Isokorigari delivers across Kigali and to all provinces of Rwanda. Delivery prices depend on the rates set by the transport companies, the region (Kigali or province), the weight and size of the order, and other factors. Read the Shipping & Delivery policy for details. If something is wrong with your order, see the Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, or contact us on WhatsApp +250 788 217 950.
