How to list: catalogue first, no duplicates

Isokorigari keeps one master catalogue. Many common products (for example a type of rice, a fertilizer brand or a poultry feed) may already be listed. Follow these steps:

1. Search the catalogue and the website for your product: same name, brand, variety and size.
2. If it already exists, do not create a new product. Open it and add it to your store with your price, stock, minimum order quantity, condition, SKU, shipping profile and return information. Your offer appears on your shop and under "more sellers".
3. If it does not exist, create or request a new product; the admin team reviews it.
4. Your own brand (for a cooperative or processor)? Send a Brand Request. No fitting category? Send a Category Request.
5. Name it in English with Kinyarwanda in brackets, for example "Irish Potatoes (Ibirayi)" or "Maize Flour (Ifu y'Ibigori)".

Wholesale prices and minimum orders

Set a minimum order that makes sense: a 25 kg bag, a crate, a tray, or 12 bottles. Add wholesale prices so a hotel buying 200 kg pays less per kilo than a family buying 2 kg. Large business orders from Rwf 200,000 can also use the BULK5 coupon (5% off; conditions apply and may change). Buyers pay with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, or cash on delivery where available.

Supply hotels, schools and institutions with RFQ

Schools, hotels, restaurants and NGOs use the "Request for Quote" button to ask for weekly or monthly supplies.
