Creating a buyer account on Isokorigari.com takes only a few steps and lets you shop from many sellers, save your addresses, follow your orders and earn reward points.

Why create a buyer account?

Isokorigari is a multivendor online marketplace in Rwanda. With a buyer account you can:

• Buy online in Kigali and in every province, from many sellers in one place.
• Save your delivery addresses so checkout is faster next time.
• Follow your orders and see your order history.
• Earn reward points on purchases (2 points = Rwf 1, about 1% back) and use coupons (conditions apply).
• Write reviews and rate products after you buy.
• Ask sellers for bulk prices with Request for Quote (RFQ).

Families, shops, offices, hotels, schools, NGOs and government buyers all use the same buyer account.

What you need

• Your name
• A phone number and an email address you use often
• A strong password that only you know
• Your delivery address (district, sector, street or landmark)

Step 1: Open the registration page

Go to Register / Sign in. You can also click the sign-in or account icon at the top of any page on Isokorigari.com.

Step 2: Fill in your details

1. Choose the option to register (create a new account).
2. Enter your name, email and phone number.
3. Create a password. Use a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.
4. Read and accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
5. Submit the form.

Step 3: Confirm your account

If the site asks you to confirm your email or phone, follow the message you receive. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email. Then sign in with your email and password.

Isokorigari delivers across Kigali and to all provinces of Rwanda. Good addresses help your order arrive without delay.

1. Go to the addresses section of your account.
2. Add a new address: name of the person receiving, phone number, district, sector, street and a landmark (for example "near the health centre" or "opposite the market").
3. Save it. You can add more than one address, for example home and office.
4. Choose a default address for faster checkout.

Delivery prices depend on the rates set by the transport companies, the region (Kigali or province), the weight and size of the order, and other factors. See the Shipping & Delivery policy.

Step 6: Start shopping

• Browse all products or the All Categories menu.
• Try popular departments: Electronics, Phones, Rice, flour & staples, Fresh fruits & vegetables, Tiles and Ready meals.
• On your first order, check coupons such as WELCOME10 (10% off your first order from Rwf 20,000, maximum Rwf 10,000). Conditions apply and may change.

Security tips for your account

• Never share your password with anyone, including people who say they work for Isokorigari.
• Use a password you do not use on other websites.
• Sign out when you use a shared or public computer.

Common questions

Can I change my address later? Yes, you can add, edit or choose a different address in your account, and you can pick the address again at checkout.

Where do I see my reward points? In your account. Remember: 2 points = Rwf 1, and purchases give about 1% back.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in page, use the forgot password link and follow the steps sent to you. If you still cannot sign in, contact our support team.
