Become a Delivery Partner with Isokorigari: Deliver Orders Across Rwanda

Every online order on Isokorigari.com needs someone to bring it to the buyer: register as Delivery Staff and become part of the marketplace that is growing across Rwanda.

Isokorigari is a multivendor online marketplace in Rwanda. Shops, wholesalers, manufacturers, farmers and service companies sell to families, businesses, hotels, schools, offices, NGOs and government buyers in Kigali and in all provinces. When a buyer orders a phone, a bag of rice, a box of tiles or a ready meal, the order has to travel from the seller to the buyer's door. That is where delivery partners come in.

What is a delivery partner?

Delivery Staff is one of the account types on Isokorigari, next to Buyer, Seller, Affiliate and Advertiser. A delivery partner picks up orders and delivers them to buyers, then updates the delivery status so that the buyer, the seller and the marketplace know the order has arrived.

Who can apply

• Moto drivers who know their area well.
• Drivers with a car, pickup or van for bigger orders such as furniture, appliances, cement or tiles.
• Bicycle riders for short trips in town.
• Small transport and logistics companies.
• Reliable people in towns and districts outside Kigali who can deliver in their province.

What you need

The registration form tells you exactly what information to provide. In general, be ready with:

• your full name and contact details, including a phone number you use every day;
• information about where you live and the areas you can cover;
• information about your means of transport;
• a smartphone with internet, so you can see your deliveries and update them;
• a good knowledge of the roads and addresses in your area;
• a polite, honest and punctual attitude.

You must also follow the laws of Rwanda on the road and have any documents the law requires for your vehicle and your work.

How to register

1. Go to the Delivery Staff registration form.
2. Fill in your details carefully and submit the form.
3. Wait for the Isokorigari team to review your application.
4. Once approved, sign in to your account to see your deliveries.

How it works

1. A buyer orders on Isokorigari and pays with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or card, or chooses cash on delivery where available.
2. The seller confirms and packs the order.
3. A delivery is assigned. You see the order details and the delivery address.
4. You pick up and deliver. Call the buyer if needed, handle the package with care and hand it over politely.
5. You update the status so everyone knows the order is delivered.

Delivery prices depend on the rates set by the transport companies, the region (Kigali or province), the weight and size of the order, and other factors. Buyers can read the details in the Shipping & Delivery policy.

Tips to be a top delivery partner

• Be on time. Buyers remember fast, reliable delivery, and it makes them order again.
• Communicate. A short call or WhatsApp message before you arrive avoids missed deliveries.
• Protect the goods. Keep food, electronics and fragile items like tiles and glass safe, dry and clean.
• Handle cash honestly. For cash on delivery orders, collect the exact amount and follow the instructions you receive.
• Be the face of Isokorigari. A smile and good service build trust in online shopping in Rwanda.

A day as a delivery partner

Imagine a normal day. In the morning you check your account and see two orders near you: a box of tiles for a builder in Kicukiro and groceries for a family in Remera. You pick up the tiles first, call the builder to confirm the site, deliver, and update the status. Then you collect the groceries, keep them out of the sun, and hand them over with a smile. The family pays cash on delivery, you give them the right change and record the payment as instructed. At the end of the day, every order is marked delivered, and the buyers are happy to order again.
