Account Types on Isokorigari: Buyer, Seller, Affiliate, Advertiser and Delivery Staff

Isokorigari.com has five account types (Buyer, Seller, Affiliate, Advertiser and Delivery Staff), and this guide helps you pick the right one and register in minutes.

Why there are different accounts

Isokorigari is a multivendor online marketplace in Rwanda. Different people use it in different ways: some buy, some sell, some promote, some deliver. Each account type opens the tools you need, with its own dashboard. A business can also be both a buyer and a seller.

1. Buyer account

Who it is for: anyone who wants to buy online in Kigali or anywhere in Rwanda, from a single item to wholesale stock.

Benefits:

• Shop from many sellers in one place, with prices in Rwf.
• Compare offers from "more sellers" on the same product.
• Wholesale (bulk) prices on many products, and Request for Quote (RFQ) for B2B orders.
• Pay with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, or cash on delivery (COD) where available.
• Earn reward points (2 points = Rwf 1) and use coupons (conditions apply).
• Save addresses and follow your orders from your account.

2. Seller account

Who it is for: any business that wants to sell online in Rwanda: shop owners, industries and manufacturers, big suppliers, wholesalers, importers, distributors, farmers and agro-processors, and service companies.

Benefits:

• Your own shop with name, logo, banner, description and policies.
• Reach buyers across Kigali and all provinces.
• Fast listing from one master catalogue: if a product already exists, you simply add it to your store with your own price, stock, minimum order, condition, SKU, shipping profile, warranty and return info.
• Sell retail and wholesale; receive RFQs from bulk buyers.
• Seller badges such as Verified, Top Seller, Wholesaler, Made in RW, Fast Ship and Official help buyers trust you.
• A seller dashboard for orders and a seller wallet for earnings.

How to register:

1. Go to Become a Seller.
2. Fill in your business details.
3. Wait for admin approval.
4. Set up your shop, shipping profile and payout details.
5. Add products (search the catalogue first), then start receiving orders.

Earnings go to your seller wallet minus the marketplace commission. For details, see the Seller Policy and your seller dashboard.

3. Affiliate account

Who it is for: people with a network: social media users, community leaders, bloggers, students, sales agents.

Benefits: you get a personal referral link. When buyers come to Isokorigari through your link, you earn commission. The commission rates are shown in your affiliate dashboard.

4. Advertiser account

Who it is for: brands, shops and businesses that want more people to see them.

Benefits: you pay to promote shops, products and banners on Isokorigari.com, so your offers reach more buyers.

5. Delivery Staff account

Who it is for: delivery partners who want to deliver Isokorigari orders to customers.

Benefits: be part of the delivery network that serves Kigali and the provinces of Rwanda.

Tips before you register

• Use a phone number and email you check often.
• Choose a strong password and keep it private.
• Sellers: prepare your business details, logo and product information before you start.
• Read the Terms and Privacy pages.

Common questions

Can one business have a buyer and a seller account? Yes. A business can be both a buyer and a seller. For example, a hardware shop in Musanze can buy cement and tiles wholesale as a buyer, and sell paint and tools to its own customers through its seller shop.

Do I need a buyer account to become an affiliate? The affiliate account is its own account type. Register at /guest-affiliate and you will get your own affiliate dashboard with your referral link and commission rates.

How much commission does a seller pay? We do not publish numbers in blog posts. See the Seller Policy and your seller dashboard.

I am a farmer or a cooperative. Which account is for me? The seller account. Agriculture, Food & Beverage is one of the main departments, with seeds, fertilizers, animal feed, food and grocery and more.

Can I advertise if I am already a seller? Yes, advertisers pay to promote shops, products and banners, so a seller who wants more visibility can also become an advertiser.

2. Konti y'umucuruzi (Seller)

Ni iya nde: abafite amaduka, inganda, abaranguza, abatumiza hanze, abakwirakwiza, abahinzi n'ibigo bitanga serivisi.

Inyungu: iduka ryawe bwite, abaguzi bo mu Rwanda hose, gushyiraho ibicuruzwa vuba uhereye kuri catalogue imwe, kugurisha bike cyangwa byinshi, ibirango (badges) bigaragaza ko wizewe, dashboard na wallet.

Kwiyandikisha:

1. Jya kuri Become a Seller.
2. Uzuza amakuru y'ubucuruzi bwawe.
3. Tegereza kwemezwa n'ubuyobozi.
4. Tegura iduka, uburyo bwo kohereza n'uburyo bwo guhembwa.

3. Konti ya Affiliate

Uhabwa link yawe bwite. Iyo abaguzi baje kuri Isokorigari banyuze kuri link yawe, uhabwa komisiyo. Ibipimo bya komisiyo biri muri dashboard ya affiliate. Iyandikishe kuri Become an Affiliate.

4. Konti ya Advertiser

Ni iy'ibigo n'amaduka bishaka kugaragara cyane. Wishyura kugira ngo amaduka, ibicuruzwa n'amabanneri byawe byamamazwe. Iyandikishe kuri Become an Advertiser.

5. Konti ya Delivery Staff

Ni iy'abafatanyabikorwa bageza ibicuruzwa ku baguzi i Kigali no mu ntara. Iyandikishe kuri iyi fomu.
