Description
Tropical Heat Kenyan Chevda is a savory snack mix primarily made from Kenyan potatoes, renowned for their sweetness. These potatoes are sliced and combined with lentils, peanuts, pressed rice, yellow gram pulses, cashew nuts, and curry leaves. The mixture is gently fried in cholesterol-free corn oil and seasoned with a blend of spices, including chilies, citric acid, turmeric, sugar, and salt, to achieve its distinctive chili lemon flavor.
